1 Introduction

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkr444. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a shared device — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. It is your responsibility to keep this information current by contacting pkr444 support if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr444 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Never access your pkr444 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network without a VPN.

pkr444 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player due to unauthorised account access arising from the player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkr444 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkr444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are not accepted. pkr444 reserves the right to return funds to source if the ownership of a payment method cannot be confirmed. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility).
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own name and matching your pkr444 account details.

4.4 Refused Transactions

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on pkr444 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to review the bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. pkr444 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see Section 5.3).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on each market or game and may be adjusted by pkr444 at any time. pkr444 also reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns suggest abuse of pricing errors or other irregular activity.

5.3 Manifest Errors

Where odds, lines, or game outcomes are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake), pkr444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. The determination of what constitutes a manifest error is made solely at pkr444's discretion.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event for operational reasons or due to changes in the event's status. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless the event is voided. Bets placed after a suspension is lifted remain subject to standard settlement rules.

5.5 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the settlement of a bet must be raised with pkr444 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. pkr444's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any escalation rights available under the applicable gaming licence.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pkr444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
2. Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
3. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
5. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Impersonating another person or providing false identity information.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr444 staff or other users.
8. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

pkr444 uses real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkr444 may take immediate action without prior notice, including but not limited to freezing accounts, reversing transactions, and sharing information with gaming regulators and law enforcement agencies.

8 Privacy & Data

pkr444's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the pkr444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkr444's own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your pkr444 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to their completion. Account closure does not waive any obligations owed to pkr444 under these Terms at the time of closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by pkr444

pkr444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if pkr444 determines or reasonably suspects that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

Where an account is closed by pkr444 for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr444's international gaming licence is held. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr444's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
